I’m a graphic designer who’s also an artist and I’m an artist who’s also a graphic designer. It’s really not that complicated, I just try and use my creative as well as my technical skills to the best of my ability and liking, and sometimes these two even merge! Art and illustration can – whether it’s hand-drawn or digital – help to support the story behind a brand or a product. And create a universe that is easily recognizable while at the same time completely personal and unique.
ARTIST
Self taught artist whose main focus is portraits and illustrations. I work in pencil, watercolour, ink, charcoal, acrylic, pastels, gouache and oil.
All art is free hand. No grid or tracing whatsoever, just good old-fashioned hand-eye-coordination!
GRAPHIC DESIGNER
Book Design, Logo Design, Layout for all kinds of print media such as posters, flyers, postcards, product catalogues. Translation, editorial aid as well as corrector and proof reader.
I can assist on all levels.
ABOUT ME
I work both as an artist and as a graphic designer – and to me it’s the best of two worlds that often aren’t as different as you might expect, in fact if you ask me it’s the best combination and it can be pure magic when the two come together.
PODCAST
