Dette er mit bidrag til @penstore s konkurrence #penstoretalents2023 hvor man for et meget ydmygt beløb modtager 8 forskellige og helt vilkårlige penne/blyanter som alle skal bruges til den tegning, man ønsker at deltage i konkurrencen med… Jeg var vild med opgaven og nød at være underlagt denne form for “dogme-regler”. Tegningen er et portræt at Michaela Coel - måske kender du hende fra “Chewing gum” eller “I May Destroy You” som heldigvis stadig kan ses på HBO ♥️

Have you guys seen the Netflix series Monster, The Jeffrey Dahmer Story? It’s the horrendous story of serial killer Jeffrey Dahmer who killed 17 black men and boys, and because he was white and homosexual the police - even though he was caught multiple times for misdemeanor stuff - chose to let him off the hook…! Untill he was finally caught and sentenced to 900 years in prison. He was killed by an inmate shortly after his trial. The story is told from the victims’ point of view to avoid any focus or romantisizing of Dahmer himself. Not for the faint of heart!

The actor who plays Dahmer did an amazing job! His name is Evan Peters and I bet he’ll win an Oscar some day 😳 Here are some sketches I did of him (from the show and off). Please remember to compartmentalize and keep in mind that actors have nothing to do with the person they portray 🙏
